ReplyDeletePaula - I know your family must be getting ready for Passover; the matzoh's on the end caps in my grocery store. Thought I'd share a recipe/website with you. Marcy Goldman @ betterbaking.com, a cook/writer out of Montreal, has a super recipe that turns matzoh into candy & it's kosher for Passover: matzoh caramel buttercrunch. I don't know if you or someone in your family is a baker, but if someone is, it's good!
