GOOD SUNDAY MORNING!

WOW the start of new week, a new beginning! It's always so nice to think that's going to happen! Hope springs up on Sundays I think. I don't where you are in this world, but it's early Sunday morning in Texas, and I'm busy creating some more cards for my Etsy store! I've finished up 2 already this morning. I have been busy and with only 1 cup of coffee, it's truly a miracle! It helps when you print out or stamp your images before you go to bed, then there is no excuse of not having things ready to play with! Don't worry, I still use that excuse! Today's card is made using a from Riley the Moose. I've made up several for my store. He's just a hoot! I had some hiking Riley's as well, but they sold, so I popped another one out this morning and he'll go in the store later today!
It's going to be a lazy day at our house. Barry is napping already while I play. It's been a long week for him. He has to work on Thanksgiving, so we'll have dinner at Evan's house later in the day. I have to bring dessert and gravy. The gravy I've got covered already. Dessert is a different matter. Something lite because after ham and turkey, something small and sweet has got to be good! I have to put my thinking cap on for that!
Have a great day!

GOOD SATURDAY MORNING TO YOU!

Oh my, wasn't yesterday blog hop fun! It was so nice of everyone to leave a sweet comment! It's good to have friends! Thank you all so much! I just hope you all are now ready to get some of your own handmade gifts ready for giving!
Today I'm showing off a few new cards I made. I love the Riley stamps. They are some fun to make cards with. They always were and still remain one of those stamps that call out to me to use! Just like the little MFT Pure Innocence girls, the Moose folks call me too! The pirate is from Bugaboo, and I added the treasure chest from SU. Both these cards are in my Etsy shop waiting for a new home! Really, they are priced just right!
Have a blessed day and hurry back!
Hugs,
P

GIFTS OF GIVING BLOG HOP!

The holiday season is upon us -- a blessed time of love and laughter, precious moments spent with family, good food aplenty, and, for many of us, gifts and giving. Now, we can almost hear the chorus of groans at that last part -- LOL! Yes, holiday gift giving can be stressful, especially when budgets are tight, gift lists are long, and the pressure is on to "shop 'til you drop." Well, we of the Deedees Digis design team firmly believe that gift-giving should be a joyful experience all the way around. That's why we have come together today to share with you some ideas of fabulous gifts that you can make, so that your gifts this year are meaningful, affordable, and hopefully as stress-free as possible. Join us today on our blog hop as we show you why "'tis better to give" -- because not only will you have fun giving these gifts, but making them as well! :-)
If this is your first stop on the hop, be sure to visit the Crafting with Deedee's Digis blog, where you will find the directions for the hop, a chance to win the grand prize of a $15 credit to our store, AND a little gift for you!
Today's card is using a fun new set called Lovin From The Oven! You may have noticed candy in the baking gift bag today. I don't bake anymore, so I used some sweet candy instead. I'm sure the person who gets the gift will be just as happy with the candy!
Your next stop on the hop is Robin!
Before you leave, please be sure to leave me a comment in order to be entered to win a free digi of your choice from the Deedee's Digis store! You have until 12 noon Eastern Time on Sunday to comment. All winners will be announced on Monday at Crafting with Deedee's Digis -- be sure to check back then to see if you've won. Thanks so much for joining us today, and happy holidays to you!

I GOING TO TEAR MY HAIR OUT TODAY!

You may ask why I say that, well, I have these 3 cards plus about 4 dozen of their best friends for sale in my Etsy store and nothing is selling! Other then to start giving them away, I don't know what else to do! I really feel so bad about this. I know, the economy is bad. I know all this, but I also know I'm selling a wonderful product that's dirt cheap and they should be selling! I had some on ebay, and still nothing, so now their all back in my Etsy store!
Today I'm taking a friend from the Assisted Living home to coffee. Deloris is the sweetest person and I don't think she's that much older then me. Maybe 5 to 8 years. She lives there with her husband Tommy. They are so nice and we seem to have bonded. I used to see her on Wednesday's when they go to Walmart on the home's bus, but now that Barry is working during the week, I don't get there often. I saw her last weekend at a art show that the home had and she asked me to meet her yesterday at Wally World. I was trying to finish up my project for tomorrow's blog hop (you have to come back for that), but ran in and asked her to coffee this morning. I've packed up all the cards I have sold to take to the post office and then we'll be off for a while to enjoy the cool weather! Then I have to take pictures of my project for tomorrow and write it up.
Come back tomorrow for prizes and to see some new and fun things in our blog hop!

Have a great day!

THANKS FOR THE LOVE...IT'S SPEICAL!

It's been so nice to have some extra lovin from friends this week. I don't know what it was yesterday, but I seemed to need it. I just wanted to climb back in bed and cry myself into sleep! I know we all have those days and yesterday was mine! Hopefully, today will be a better one! I made this card over the weekend using a special digital verse from Deedee's Digis from one of three new sets of verses and the little girl is from Bugaboo images. I wanted to show you all that you can use digital images just like you would with rubber stamps to combine things! I love how the card turned out. So much so that I made another similar card with the same girl and verse!
I'm almost finished with the Crab and Co cards! YEA! The order is for 15 and I have 12 done. I need to finish up the other 3 and add the eyes and then I'll be done with that special order. I have an email yesterday about doing another special order---bring it on! Between what I have in Etsy and what I have on ebay right now, I have at least 4 dozen cards, so if you need one and don't want to go to the trouble of making it yourself, check them out! I don't have store anymore on ebay, but I sell under MINNIE4!
I'm off to see what trouble I can stay away from today...so have a great day, and hurry back!
Hugs,
P

WINNERS, COME ON DOWN!

Thank you for leaving comments this weekend! It's always so fun to read them! And because I had 3 wonderful friends leave comments, could Michelle, Sheri, and Paula please send me your snail mail address and I'll get a goodie out this week to you!
Today's card is made using a fun digi image from Bugaboo. They have some fun images to play with, but then I always think images are fun to play with. If you haven't tried digital, you should give it a go. They're easy to work with and just as fun as stamps! I think even more so because I can own lots of them for much less and get the size I need!
Have a fun day. I'm off to work on cards. I have 9 of the 15 Stampin Up Crab & Co made. Can't wait to finish them up and glue their cute little giggle eyes on!
Hugs,
P
